Responsibilities

This position requires an analytically minded individual with a passion for problem solving. The ideal candidate has an ability to break down complex concepts and turn them into actionable solutions. Candidates will serve as advisors to customers concerning the collection and management of data throughout a clinical trial. They will develop a strong understanding of Prelude’s suite of products as well as the unique needs and challenges of their customers. They will consult customers on all study related aspects, including study and database design to ensure accurate and valid data, creation of reports, mid-study analysis, monitoring, and data export. This person will work with management to identify process improvements to make onboarding and relationship management activities more efficient and scalable. This candidate will also have the opportunity to quickly grow into a Director level position with leadership over a team of project managers.

 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in an analytically rigorous field (math, statistics, engineering, etc. . .)
  • Strong technical background
  • Self-starter
  • Ability to work effectively with little supervision
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening)
  • Ability to multitask and be flexible in your work
  • Based in Austin, or able to relocate to Austin
  • Experience in clinical research a plus
  • Experience writing html and java a plus
