Prelude Dynamics announces its new permissions feature.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
AUSTIN, TX - December 15, 2016 - Prelude Dynamics announces its release of VISION™ 9.
Prelude Dynamics announces a new feature. Both VISION™, its original Clinical Trial Optimization Platform, and Composer, its do-it-yourself study form design tool now include an in form permission feature. Similar to displaying the annotated CRF, a push of a button, now displays the roles that have permission to view a field and edit it.
This is a note worthy enhancement because it quickly allows users to test their study to ensure the appropriate permissions are assigned; this is critical to ensure study masking. Using a role that can view all forms, a user can quickly review critical fields such as treatment group and dosing in order to ensure that the appropriate masking is applied at the form level. This is especially important if a given role has access to that form, but should not be able to see a particular field. Previously, extensive testing had to be conducted as the masked roles in order to ensure masking of the field. When multiple roles are masked, this was a time consuming endeavor.
Prelude Clinical Trial Optimization Platform (CTOP) goes beyond EDC integrating useful features such as inventory management, automatic reordering, invoicing, integrated dictionaries, computer to computer lab data transfer, document management and much more. Prelude Dynamics is also the only provided of a full-custom EDC and a do-it-yourself version. Prelude is dedicated to helping you optimize your study logistics and operations.
